下野國一社八幡宮秋祭 Southern Area

Shimotsukenokuni-Issha Hachimangu Autumn Festival

Shimotsukenokuni-Issha Hachimangu Shrine has history that it was established by Minamoto-no Yoshiie who is famous as `Hachimantaro` to pray for the victory of battle to Abe Yoritoki (Parent and child) in 1056.

Kadota-Inari Shrine that is famous for the `En-Kiri` (dissolution of a relationship) is in this shrine area.

At the Autumn Festival, Kagura which is designated as Ashikaga City Intangible Cultural Property is performed.

Date
October 15th ※Same day in every year (The date has been changed from 2022)
Kagura 10:00 am ～15:00 pm（Worship is until 8:00 pm）
Taisai (festival) has been cancelled to prevent the spread of COVID 19 in 2022.
Only Shinto rituals will be performed.
